Cottage Cheese Flatbread

A versatile and nutritious flatbread made with cottage cheese, perfect for snacks or as a base for your favorite toppings.

  • 1 cup full-fat cottage cheese
  • 2 large eggs (room temperature)
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder (optional)
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and lightly oil it.
  2. Combine the cottage cheese, eggs, salt, garlic powder, and oregano in a blender. Blend until smooth.
  3. Pour the batter onto the prepared baking sheet, spreading it into a thin rectangle about 1/4-inch thick.
  4. Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until the flatbread is golden and firm to the touch.
  5. Allow the flatbread to cool completely before slicing.

Notes

For a lighter option, you can use low-fat cottage cheese. Customize flavors with herbs or spices.
