  • 1/4 cup oats
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking powder

  • Butter or oil for cooking

Instructions

  1. Combine the cottage cheese, eggs, oats, vanilla extract, baking powder, and salt in a mixing bowl.
  2. Mix the ingredients well until you have a smooth batter.
  3. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add a little butter or oil.
  4. Pour the batter into the skillet to form pancakes.
  5. Cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side or until golden brown.
