Crack Breakfast Sliders

Deliciously simple breakfast sliders filled with creamy scrambled eggs, crispy bacon, and melty cheddar, perfect for brunch or busy mornings.

  • 12 small slider buns
  • 12 slices of bacon
  • 6 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • Optional: hot sauce or your favorite condiments for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the bacon until crispy. Remove bacon and let drain on paper towels.
  3. In a bowl, whisk eggs, milk, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  4. Melt butter in the same skillet over medium heat and pour in the egg mixture, stirring until soft scrambled.
  5. Mix in shredded cheddar cheese until melted.
  6. Slice slider buns in half and arrange bottom halves on a baking sheet.
  7. Layer bacon and a spoonful of the egg and cheese mixture on each bottom half.
  8. Place top halves of the buns over the fillings.
  9. Bake for 10-12 minutes until buns are toasted and cheese is bubbly.
  10. Serve warm with optional hot sauce or condiments.

Notes

For extra flavor, consider adding sautéed vegetables or substituting cheese. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
