Crispy Ham and Cheese Chaffles

Quick and delicious chaffles made with ham and cheese, perfect for breakfast or lunch.

  • 1 cup freshly grated cheddar cheese
  • 2 whole eggs, well-beaten
  • 0.5 cup chopped ham (or turkey)
  • 1 whole avocado, sliced or mixed in
  • Sugar-free maple syrup, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your waffle maker according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
  2. Combine the grated cheddar cheese and beaten eggs in a large mixing bowl. Mix until well incorporated.
  3. Add the chopped ham and stir in the avocado, ensuring even distribution.
  4. Lightly grease the waffle maker if needed, then pour the mixture onto the hot surface, spreading it evenly.
  5. Close the waffle maker and cook for about 3-5 minutes, until the chaffles are golden brown and crispy.
  6. Remove the chaffles carefully and repeat with any remaining batter.
  7. Drizzle with sugar-free maple syrup before serving, and enjoy!

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat in a waffle maker or air fryer for best results.
