Easy Breakfast Pizza with Hash Brown Crust

A delightful twist on a classic breakfast, featuring a crispy hash brown crust topped with scrambled eggs, bacon, and cheese.

  • 1 package frozen hash browns
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • 4 slices crispy bacon
  • 4 scrambled eggs
  • 1/2 cup diced ham
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • Optional toppings: onions, peppers, mushrooms

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Spread the frozen hash browns on a pizza pan, pressing firmly into a crust shape.
  3. Pour the melted butter over the crust.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Bake the crust for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Cook the bacon in a skillet until crispy, then crumble.
  7. Scramble the eggs in the same skillet until fluffy and cooked.
  8. Remove the crust from the oven and spread the eggs over it.
  9. Top with crumbled bacon, diced ham, and any additional toppings.
  10. Sprinkle cheese over the top.
  11. Return the pizza to the oven and bake for another 20-25 minutes until cheese is bubbly.

Notes
