  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup cooked bacon or sausage, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup pizza sauce
  • 1/4 tsp dried oregano

  • Fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Arrange the split English muffin halves on a baking sheet.
  3. Spoon about 1 tablespoon of pizza sauce onto each muffin half.
  4. Evenly sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese over the sauce.
  5. Carefully crack an egg on top of each muffin half, ensuring the yolk remains intact.
  6. Scatter crumbled bacon or sausage over the cheese and eggs.
  7. Season each muffin with dried oregano, salt, and pepper.
