Everything Bagel Egg Muffins combine the flavors of everything bagels with the convenience of muffin-sized servings, making them perfect for a quick breakfast or snack.

  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 tablespoons chopped chives
  • 2 tablespoons everything bagel seasoning
  • Cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 12-cup muffin tin with cooking spray.
  2. Whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
  3. Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese and chopped chives, mixing thoroughly.
  4. Pour the egg mixture into the prepared muffin cups, filling each about two-thirds full.
  5. Sprinkle everything bagel seasoning over the top of each muffin.
  6. Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until the muffins are puffed and lightly golden on top.
  7. Allow the muffins to cool in the tin for a few minutes before carefully removing them.
