Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Mix the dry ingredients: In a large bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking powder, salt, and pepper until combined.
  3. Combine the wet ingredients: In another bowl, mix the Greek yogurt, eggs, ham, cheese, spinach, and chives until fully incorporated.
  4. Merge the mixtures: Slowly add the wet ingredients to the dry mixture. Stir gently until just combined; be careful not to overmix for optimal texture.
  5. Shape the dough: Transfer the dough to a lightly floured surface. Pat it into a circle about 1-inch thick.
  6. Cut out the biscuits: Use a biscuit cutter or a glass to cut out rounds from the dough.
  7. Bake: Place the rounds onto the prepared baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until they turn golden brown.
