Healthy 3-Ingredient Protein Bagels

Easy-to-make, protein-packed bagels that are perfect for breakfast or a snack.

  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup self-rising flour
  • 1 egg (for brushing, optional)
  • Everything bagel seasoning
  • Sesame seeds
  • Poppy seeds
  • Cinnamon & sugar
  • Garlic & herb mix

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. Combine the Greek yogurt and self-rising flour in a mixing bowl.
  4. Stir until the dough comes together and is slightly sticky.
  5. Knead the dough for 1-2 minutes until smooth.
  6. Divide the dough into 4 equal pieces.
  7. Roll each piece into a log shape, then connect the ends to create a bagel ring.
  8. Brush the tops with a beaten egg if desired.
  9. Top with your favorite seasonings.
  10. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
  11. Cool for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.

Notes

Store leftover bagels in an airtight container for up to 2 days or freeze for up to a month.
