Healthy Tuna Melt Chaffles

Quick and nutritious tuna melt chaffles, perfect for busy weeknight dinners or weekend brunch.

  • 1 can of tuna, drained
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup almond flour
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your chaffle maker to the recommended setting.
  2. Combine the drained tuna, shredded cheese, eggs, almond flour, mayonnaise, and season with salt and pepper in a mixing bowl.
  3. Mix until you achieve a thick batter.
  4. Pour the mixture into the preheated chaffle maker.
  5. Cook until the chaffles turn golden brown, approximately 3-5 minutes.
  6. Remove the chaffles gently and serve warm.
