These High-Protein Bagel Bites are a quick, nutritious snack or brunch option, packed with cheesy goodness and perfect for any occasion.

  • 1 whole grain bagel
  • 1/2 cup cottage cheese
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon chopped green onions
  • 1 tablespoon everything bagel seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Combine cottage cheese, shredded cheese, egg, green onions, and everything bagel seasoning in a mixing bowl. Mix until smooth and creamy.
