  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup protein powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mash the ripe bananas until smooth and creamy.
  3. Add the rolled oats, eggs, and protein powder to the mashed bananas. Mix everything together until well combined.
  4. Line a muffin tin with paper liners or lightly grease it.
  5. Pour the batter into the muffin tin, filling each cup about 2/3 full.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of a muffin comes out clean.
  7. Let the muffins cool for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack.

Notes

These muffins can be stored in an airtight container at room temperature for 2-3 days, or in the fridge for up to a week. They freeze well for up to 3 months.
