High Protein Breakfast with Hash Browns

A quick and hearty breakfast combining crispy hash browns, savory turkey sausage, and scrambled eggs.

  • 1 cup turkey sausage, cooked and crumbled
  • 4 large eggs
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Optional toppings: cheese, green onions, or hot sauce

Instructions

  1. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the hash browns and cook until golden brown and crispy, about 4-5 minutes.
  3. Push the hash browns to one side and add the crumbled turkey sausage. Cook for another 2-3 minutes, stirring to combine.
  4. Whisk the eggs with salt and pepper in a separate bowl. Pour them into the skillet and scramble with the hash browns and sausage until fully cooked.
  5. Serve warm, topping with cheese, green onions, or hot sauce as desired.
