High Protein Waffles

  • 1 scoop protein powder
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup milk (or milk alternative)
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 tablespoon sweetener (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Mix together the oat flour, protein powder, baking powder, and a pinch of salt in a large bowl.
  2. Whisk the eggs, milk, sweetener (if using), and vanilla extract in another bowl until well combined.
  3. Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and stir until you reach a smooth batter.
  4. Preheat your waffle maker and spray it with non-stick cooking spray.
  5. Pour the batter into the preheated waffle maker and cook according to the manufacturer’s instructions for your desired crispiness.
  6. Serve warm, topped with your choice of syrup, fresh fruit, or yogurt.
