Homemade McGriddles

Delicious homemade McGriddles combining sweet pancakes with a drizzle of maple syrup, perfect for breakfast any day.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup pancake mix
  • 1 cup protein powder
  • 1 cup maple syrup
  • 1 cup water

Instructions

  1. Combine the pancake mix, protein powder, and water in a large bowl.
  2. Whisk the mixture until it’s smooth and free of lumps.
  3. Preheat a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
  4. Pour small amounts of batter onto the skillet to form pancakes.
  5. Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook until golden brown on the other side.
  6. Drizzle maple syrup over the cooked pancakes and stack them to create your McGriddles. Enjoy!
