Keto Sausage Egg Breakfast Casserole

A quick and delicious breakfast casserole packed with sausage, eggs, and cheese, perfect for keto lifestyles.

  • 1 pound of breakfast sausage
  • 8 large eggs
  • 1 cup of shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
  • 1/2 cup of heavy cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon of salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon of onion powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the breakfast sausage in a skillet over medium heat until browned and fully cooked; drain excess grease.
  3. Whisk together the eggs, heavy cream, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder in a large bowl.
  4. Stir in the cooked sausage and shredded cheese until evenly mixed.
  5. Pour the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the eggs are set and the top is golden brown.
  7. Allow to cool briefly before slicing and serving.

Notes

For a creamier texture, add an extra 1/4 cup of heavy cream. Feel free to customize the sausage or cheese to your liking.
