Chaffles are the delicious love child of waffles and cheese, perfect for a low-carb lifestyle and quick to make!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup almond flour or coconut flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your waffle maker.
  2. Whisk together the eggs, shredded cheese, flour, baking powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  3. Pour the batter into the preheated waffle maker and close the lid.
  4. Cook for about 3-4 minutes or until the chaffles turn golden brown and crispy.
  5. Carefully remove the chaffles from the waffle maker and serve immediately.

Try using flavored cheese or adding herbs for an extra kick.
