Protein Breakfast Sandwiches

A quick and nutritious breakfast sandwich made with protein, eggs, and fresh greens, perfect for meal prep.

Ingredients

  • Whole grain bread or English muffins
  • 3 Eggs
  • Cooked lean protein (like turkey bacon or sausage)
  • Cheese (like cheddar or American)
  • Fresh spinach or other greens
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Cook the eggs in the skillet, scrambling or frying them as desired.
  3. Toast the bread or English muffins until golden brown.
  4. Layer the cooked protein, cheese, spinach, and eggs on the toasted bread.
  5. Assemble the sandwich, and wrap in foil or plastic wrap for storage.
  6. Store in the freezer. To serve, heat in the microwave or oven until warmed through.
