Protein Greek Yogurt Cookies

Delicious and nutritious cookies made with Greek yogurt for a protein-packed treat.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips or nuts (optional)
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine the Greek yogurt, almond flour, honey (or maple syrup), baking soda, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt in a mixing bowl.
  3. Stir the mixture thoroughly until all ingredients are well blended.
  4. Fold in the chocolate chips or nuts, if using, for added texture and flavor.
  5. Drop spoonfuls of cookie dough onto a lined baking sheet, leaving some space between each cookie to allow for spreading.
  6. Bake for about 10-12 minutes, or until the edges turn lightly golden.
  7. Remove from the oven and let the cookies cool for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack. Enjoy!
