Sausage Egg and Cheese Bites

Quick and satisfying breakfast bites filled with flavorful sausage, fluffy eggs, and melted cheese—perfect for meal prepping or brunch gatherings.

  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooking spray or oil for greasing

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a muffin tin with cooking spray or oil.
  2. Cook the ground sausage over medium heat until browned and fully cooked, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Whisk the eggs together in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper to your liking.
  4. Add the cooked sausage to the bowl with eggs, along with the shredded cheese, and stir to combine.
  5. Pour the mixture evenly into each muffin tin cup, filling them about three-quarters full.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the eggs are set and the tops turn a light golden brown.
  7. Cool slightly before carefully removing them from the muffin tin.
  8. Serve warm, optionally with hot sauce or avocado.
