Sausage Pancake Bites

Delicious and convenient sausage pancake bites are perfect for breakfast or a handy snack, combining fluffy pancakes with savory sausage and cheese.

  • 3/4 cup water
  • 1/2 cup cooked sausage, crumbled
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup (optional)
  • Cooking spray or oil for greasing

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a muffin tin with cooking spray.
  2. Combine the pancake mix and water in a mixing bowl. Stir gently until just mixed; avoid overmixing!
  3. Fold in the crumbled sausage and shredded cheese until everything is evenly distributed.
  4. Add maple syrup if desired for sweetness and mix well.
  5. Pour the batter into the greased muffin tins, filling each cup about three-quarters full.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
  7. Cool slightly before removing from the tin.
  8. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 3-4 days. Reheat in the oven at 350°F for 5-10 minutes or microwave for 30-60 seconds.
