Strawberry Cheesecake Overnight Oats

A delightful breakfast combining the creaminess of cheesecake with the wholesome goodness of oats, perfect for a quick, nutritious start to your day.

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup milk (or milk alternative)
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
  • Optional toppings: additional strawberries, granola, nuts

Instructions

  1. Combine the rolled oats, milk, Greek yogurt, cream cheese, honey, and vanilla extract in a bowl or jar.
  2. Stir the mixture well until it’s completely smooth and properly blended.
  3. Fold in your sliced strawberries to ensure they are evenly distributed.
  4. Cover the bowl or jar and place it in the refrigerator for at least 240 minutes, preferably overnight.
  5. Serve chilled, and feel free to top with additional strawberries, granola, or nuts according to your preference.

Notes

Ensure your cream cheese is softened before mixing for a smooth consistency. Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
