Instructions

  1. In a jar or bowl, combine the rolled oats, coconut milk, vanilla extract, and maple syrup.
  2. Stir well to ensure all ingredients are mixed thoroughly.
  3. Cover the mixture and refrigerate it overnight, allowing the oats to soak up the liquid.
  4. In the morning, give the oats another stir. You can add more coconut milk for a creamier texture, if desired.
  5. Before serving, top with shredded coconut for that final tropical finish.
