Zero Carb Yogurt Bread

A delightful low-carb bread made with Greek yogurt and almond flour, perfect for any occasion.

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine the Greek yogurt, eggs, and olive oil in a large bowl. Mix until smooth.
  3. Sift together the almond flour, baking powder, and salt in a separate bowl.
  4. Incorporate the dry ingredients into the wet mixture gradually. Stir gently until just combined.
  5. Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan, smoothing the top.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
  7. Allow to cool slightly before slicing. Enjoy fresh!

Notes

Be careful not to overmix to avoid dense bread. Store leftovers wrapped in plastic in the refrigerator for 3-4 days or freeze for up to a month.
